We require approval and payment before goods are purchased. APPROVE by entering your name and click green approval button at top of invoice. START your order by making payment after approval. By approving I have verified that spelling and content are correct. I understand that my art will print EXACTLY as it appears here, that I cannot make any changes once my order is placed and that I assume all responsibility for typographical errors and image errors. I also understand that the color settings of my monitor and that of the screen printing inks, embroidery threads, and garment may be different, so variations of the on-screen and printed piece will differ slightly. The mock up visual is for placement only, please look at the imprint sizing to approve and if changes are made after printing there will be a percentage fee. We appreciate your business!

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
